 Abbas P. Grammy holds a doctoral degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. His fields of specialization are economic development and quantitative economics. As a professor of Economics at California State University, Bakersfield, he is the recipient of the Outstanding Professor Award and the Millie Albin Award for Teaching Excellence in 2005-2006. Dr. Grammy is the publisher and managing editor of Kern Economic Journal and is research scientist for the Visalia Times-Delta's ROI Sequoia Region.
